Milton Keynes Breakers will be taking over Manchester this weekend, as both our senior teams head north looking to make history in two Playoff Finals at the National Basketball Performance Centre.

Up first are the Breakers Women, looking to cap their debut season in fine fashion after winning the league before advancing to the showpiece event with a victory over Team Solent Kestrels.

League MVP Sarah Round was top scorer in that game with 20 points, and the Breakers will now take on Pool II victors London All Stars on Saturday, with tip off scheduled for 15:30 and tickets available here.

Sunday sees Breakers Men going for yet more silverware. After winning the D3 playoffs in 2023 followed by D2 glory last year, the team return to the NBPC looking to bring the D1 crown back to Bletchley.

Victory in the semifinals over no.1 seed Hemel Storm saw a superb performance from Jordan Spencer, weighing in with 26 points and 9 assists. A double-double saw Adrian Scarborough add 20 points and 10 rebounds, while 14 points each for Nate Robinson and Chris Tawiah helped secure the 86-85 win.

That puts Breakers in great form ahead of the meeting in the Final with Reading Rockets, with tip off scheduled for 16:00.

As always, we need our fans to get behind the team in the last game of the season! Tickets are available here.
