The MK Breakers are pleased to announce 6’1” guard Kuam Aderonmu has joined the men’s team for the 2022-23 season!

Aderonmu, originally from Luton, was part of the Oaklands Wolves academy and most recently played for Middlesex University. He was part of a very successful team at Middlesex, that went undefeated in BUCS Division 1 South and earned promotion to the Premier tier of University competition.

“I’m looking forward to playing for one of the fastest growing clubs in the UK and playing with top talents while guided by a great coaching team. I’m ready to bring my hustle and integrity to the team.”

Aderonmu is excited to be playing for the Breakers this season

“Kuam tried out with the team over the summer and impressed us with his ability to shoot the ball from the perimeter and the intangibles he brings to the court. We look forward to working with him over the season and we’re excited about what he can bring,”

General Manager Josh Merrington

Breakers Head Coach Billy Beddow added, “Character in abundance! It’s great to have Kuam with us this season. He brings maturity and patience both on and off the court, Kuam is sure to be a team favourite. We’re looking forward to working with him and helping him develop his game this season.”

Aderonmu becomes the Breakers’ sixth signing, joining Jordan Spencer, Blayne Freckleton, Mike New Jr, Dante Langley and Luke Gregory on the 2022-23 roster.

We will be announcing more exciting player signings in the coming days, so keep your eyes peeled! Your first opportunity to see the Senior Men’s team play will be September 24th when we host Loughborough Riders at Bletchley Leisure Centre, ticket information to be released shortly.
