This summer, MK Breakers Basketball Club is once again giving young people across Milton Keynes the opportunity to stay active, make new friends, and develop their basketball skills through an exciting programme of activities for all ages and abilities.
With a range of free and paid sessions taking place throughout the school holidays, the club is continuing its commitment to making basketball accessible to everyone in the local community.
MK Breakers Summer Camp

The highlight of the summer programme is the MK Breakers Summer Camp, offering children the chance to enjoy action-packed days of basketball coaching, competitions, games and challenges in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by experienced MK Breakers coaches, the camp is designed for players of all abilities, whether they are picking up a basketball for the first time or looking to improve their skills ahead of the new season. Alongside developing their game, participants will build confidence, teamwork and friendships while staying active during the holidays.
The camp, for boys and girls aged 7-16, will run Monday-Friday from 27th July – 21st August at Shenley Brook End School.
HAF Camps

In collaboration with Milton Keynes Council, the Breakers will be running free HAF Camps at both Bletchley Leisure Centre and Shenley Brook End School. The HAF camps are for children eligible for free school meals. Children receive a hot meal as part of the camp.
The HAF Camps run Monday-Thursday from 27th July – 20th August at both sites.
Free Outdoor Basketball Sessions

As part of its commitment to the local community, MK Breakers will once again partner with local Parish councils to deliver free outdoor basketball sessions across Milton Keynes.
These drop-in sessions are open to children aged 9-16 and aim to encourage young people to get outdoors, be active and experience basketball in a relaxed and welcoming setting. No previous experience is required, making them the perfect introduction to the sport for beginners while also giving existing players an opportunity to play during the summer.
Free Girls-Only Basketball Sessions

Friday’s 5:30-7pm @ Shenley Brook End School – REGISTER
MK Breakers is also proud to continue investing in the growth of the women’s and girls’ game through a series of free girls-only basketball sessions.
These sessions, aimed at girls aged 9-13, provide a welcoming environment where girls can learn the game, develop their confidence and enjoy playing basketball alongside others in a supportive atmosphere. Whether completely new to the sport or already playing competitively, every participant will have the opportunity to improve while having fun.

From complete beginners to National League players, there is something for everyone this summer, with opportunities to learn, improve, stay active and become part of the MK Breakers family.
