Milton Keynes Breakers are currently searching for a highly-motivated and talented Head Coach for a key role within the structure of the club.
Last season saw our Women’s team win Division 2 and earn a promotion to NBL Division One, and we are now seeking the ideal candidate to lead us at that level.
The role will also include duties as Lead Assistant to our Men’s and Women’s Academy teams, joining the staff of MK5D Breakers and moulding the generations of talent developing within our high performance programme.
The successful candidate will help maximise player development, ensuring technical, tactical, physical, and mental readiness to compete at the highest level in all competitions.
This exciting role requires excellent coaching expertise, leadership ability, and a strong commitment to nurturing talent and team success, as well as the understanding of the ethos underpinning everything we do.
