High-flying American guard Dante Langley will return to the MK Breakers line-up for the 2023/24 season, once again entertaining fans at Bletchley Leisure Centre with his rim-rocking dunks.

Hailing from Schuylerville, New York, Langley joined the Breakers following a short stint at Durham University where he completed his Master’s Degree. Prior to Durham, Langley had a successful NCAA career with SUNY Potsdam, amassing 1094 points over 4 seasons.

Langley brought his scoring prowess to the Breakers back court last season, leading the team in that category with 23.5 points per game, twice breaking the 40-point mark with 41 points against both Encon Derbyshire Arrows in the National Cup and Hertfordshire Storm in league play.

Speaking on his return, Langley commented “I’m excited for the new season. The energy around the club is great and we’re putting in the work to be successful this off season. We can’t wait to put the result on the floor in front of our great fans.”

Head Coach Billy Beddow added “Dante’s athleticism and ability to score definitely made him one of the fan favourites last season. We loved having him on the squad this year and are excited to watch him continue to grow his role again with the team next season.”

Langley is the third announced signing for the 23/24 season, joining Mike New Jr and Blayne Freckleton. There will be more signings in the coming weeks with some familiar faces as well as some exciting new additions.
