Box Score: Nottingham Hoods 76-72 MK Breakers
Milton Keynes Breakers suffered a narrow defeat this past Sunday as Nottingham Hoods ran out 76-72 winners at the Motorpoint Arena.
Nate Robinson led the scoring for the Breakers as he netted 21 points, with Adrian Scarborough following closely behind on 14 points. Chris Tawiah [13] and KJ Johnson [12] also hit double digit points for the Breakers.
The defeat means the Breakers are just four points ahead of Essex Rebels and Loughborough Riders in the race for a fourth place finish – one that would secure a home play-off fixture.
The Breakers will be without a league fixture this weekend as they face Reading Rockets in the KitKing Trophy Final, before returning to league action next weekend with an away fixture against Team Newcastle University.
